Chione regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Chione uses, and conforms to internet privacy standards.

In order to use the Chione website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts, including emails.

Any information collected by Chione is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from Chione customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Security Policy

Chione uses the  Shopify Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Shopify processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian and New Zealand merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Shopify gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Chione or any outside party.
  • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Shopify’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
  • Shopify at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Chione.

Delivery Policy

Due to the nature of goods sold by Chione after ordering online a representative from Chione will contact you either by email or telephone to discuss availability, freight costs and delivery dates etc.

Once all necessary information has been collected an official Chione quotation will be email to you for your consideration.

Payment policy

All goods sold by Chione require pre payment before delivery unless account arrangements have been pre arranged. Payment can be made using credit card or EFT.

Refund and Returns Policy

All goods sold by Chione are ordered from suppliers at the request of Chione customers. No returns or refunds will be entertained for goods ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Warranty is carried by the manufacturer. Any warranty issues to be directed to the manufacturer. Chione values its customers so will assist with such claims wherever possible.
